When you contact SENlight using this website, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, message, and limited technical information needed to prevent spam or abuse.
Purpose and lawful basis
We use this information to respond to enquiries, discuss possible services and maintain appropriate business correspondence. Our usual lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, or pre-contractual steps where you request them.
How the form works
Submissions are verified through Cloudflare Turnstile and delivered to the SENlight business inbox using the configured email delivery service. Our form does not intentionally store enquiry content in the website database. Emails and service-provider delivery logs may be retained under their respective security and retention controls.
Sharing and retention
We restrict access to authorised people and service providers who are necessary to deliver and manage enquiries. We keep messages only as long as reasonably required for responding, safeguarding, legal, or business record-keeping obligations, then delete or securely archive them as appropriate. Retention depends on the circumstances of each enquiry.
Important: sensitive learner information
Please avoid sending named learner records, diagnoses, EHCPs or safeguarding details through the general form. We will agree a suitable secure route if this material needs to be shared.
Your rights
Subject to applicable data-protection law, you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing and raise concerns with the ICO. Contact [email protected] to make a request.
